What is Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty)?
As we age or after childbirth, the body's contour may stretch and sag, often making it difficult to improve through diet, weight loss, or exercise alone.

Small area on the lower abdomen
If the only area that needs correction is below the navel,
we can perform body liposuction for the love handle and the upper abdomen and remove the severely sagging skin tissue from the lower abdomen.

Upper abdomen & Lower Abdomen
If there is sagging on the upper and the lower abdomen both and it needs to be corrected,
the skin on the upper abdomen can be pulled down to the lower abdomen direction to correct the saggy skin.

If the skin sagging is severe and extends to the love handles, body liposuction will be performed on the entire abdomen, love handles, and lower back. An incision will then be made along the love handles to address and correct the sagging skin.

Immediately after surgery, it is common to experience swelling and the appearance of hardened, bumpy areas on the skin. However, these lumps typically smooth out within a month as the swelling subsides and the body heals.
For the first 1-2 months after surgery, it’s normal for the skin to remain firm and swollen. By following post-operative instructions carefully, patients can expect to see satisfactory results and minimize the risk of complications.
A compression garment must be worn after surgery. You will begin wearing it within the first week after surgery. You must wear it for at least 12 hours during the first two weeks after your surgery.
The surgery is performed with minimal incision to prevent scarring after surgery. Since, the incision will be located closest bikini line, it won't be as noticeable.
