We hope this FAQ helps answer some of your questions! Please remember that plastic surgery procedures should always be performed with a good understanding between patient and doctor of realistic expectations, and with an emphasis on safety

They can be performed at the same time. If, your eyelid skin is relatively thin and the distance between your eyebrows and the eyelid isn't too short, 

non-incisional double eyelid surgery and the sub-brow lift can be done together. 

 

You can wash your face with water and cleansing foam from 1 day after the stitch removal date,  

for eye related surgeries the stitches come off on the 5th day ~ 7th day post operation (depending on the surgical site, the removal date is different)


So starting from the 8th day post surgery, you'll be able to wash your face again. 


For the eye makeup, we advise you to wait 2 weeks from the stitch removal date to avoid the incision sites becoming irritated and 

also to avoid the incision from getting parted while removing the eye make up.


Please be gentle around the eyes and avoid rubbing your eyes with a lot of force. 



Depending on the thickness of your skin, there will be a suitable surgical methods for your condition.  


If you have a thin upper eye skin, non-incisional method will be possible for your double eyelid surgery but on the other hand, 

if you have a lot of excess skin on your upper eyelid, incisional method will be recommended by your surgeon. 

We advise you to start wearing contacts after a month from your surgery date to avoid adding pressure on the incision sites.

In general, major swellings suside within the 1st ~ 2nd week post surgery and the minor puffiness could take upto 2-3 months.

And for your eyelid shape to get finalized and more natural, we advise you to wait for 6 months post operation. 

However, depending on your speed of swelling going down, this may also vary. 

Pain tolerance varies by each patients but during the operation, you won't be feeling any pain as your pain will be controlled by the medication that is injected during the operation. 

Once the surgery is over, your pain will be controlled by the painkillers that will be in the prescribed medication.

Revision surgery is possible but it is advised to plan for the second operation after 6 months from the primary surgery date

to evaluate the results of the first surgery.
